First of all I want to say Happy Anniversary to Larry. I have had a lot of time to think over the last few days and I am so thankful for Larry and all he does for me and our little family. I know there are a lot of husbands out there who wouldn't think of doing some of the things he does and I know that I am so lucky! I am thankful that he honors his priesthood, has a testimony and for the role that it plays in our lives. I am so thankful that he wants to play an active role in his children's lives and for the importance that it plays in his own life. I am so thankful especially at a time like this for all he does for me. He knows what the meaning of hard work is and continuously works so hard for us day in and day out! Thank you Larry, I love you!

Now, you may all wonder why I am not just writing this in a little letter to him and why I am putting this on the blog. So here is why... Larry and I were watching the Bradley Family Video the other night and I have had lots of moments of refection in the last few days and have been thinking about how grateful I am for all of you as well. I know that Larry has become the person that he is because of you and your great examples as well. I often tell people "I don't know how my mother-in-law did it," as I often feel inadequate as a mother. I still wonder that sometimes as I look at mom and dad, all 10 of you and your spouses and see where you are in your lives. All I know, is that I am so grateful she did and that I get to be a small part of it all. I sat and looked at all of those grandkids and thought of those who have added to it since and hoped that someday my children can be like them. I am thankful for all of the wonderful examples that all 4 1/2 ;) of us have in ALL of you. Each and every ONE of you. You are all such wonderful people who have so much to offer others and I just sat on the couch for a second, humbled to be a part of such a wonderful family who treats us all so well. There are so many who have done so much for us that I am so grateful for. There are countless times that I have been able to rely on many of you in times that may have not been convenient and I never hear a complaint. We drop on by and stay at everyone's houses at the drop of a hat when we are out of town and are welcomed not only once but many, many times. Now, I know this is not unfamiliar to the Bradley Family, but I do know A LOT of families who aren't like that! We always have so much fun with all of you and the memories are all so priceless! I could go on forever, my heart is so full and I am so grateful for everyone but instead I just want to say thanks to each and everyone of you and let you know that I wouldn't hand pick a different family to be a part of. We couldn't have a better family, and that I am truly grateful for! Thanks!

Wading Pool Adventures

As you can tell by the pictures below, Savanna really loves her new wading pool. She loves it so much that it doesn't matter if she's fully dressed and her dad is trying to get her into the car, any time is a good time for a soak.

Happy Birthday to YOU!!

I tried to post this yesterday for Kent's birthday but it wouldn't let me so this will have to do. There have been many birthdays this week so we just wanted to wish you all a belated birthday! We hope your days were SPLENDID!!

It's Running Time

I've already talked to some of you, but wanted to send out a big invitation to all of you to sign up for the Top of Utah Half Marathon in Logan on August 23rd.  It would be so fun to make it a family affair.  Don't you think?  You can walk, run, or walk/run the 13 miles at your own pace.  

I actually pulled a hamstring a few weeks ago so I am hoping to still be on schedule to participate. I tried running yesterday for the first time since it happened, and it was very slow going.

I know this is late notice for those who haven't been running recently, but if nothing else, I'll plant the idea for next year's run!
