Deverie Update

Deverie made it to London on Sunday afternoon. She has had a good time so far on her vacation. Kate is taking good care of her. She was able to spend Monday in London and rode the London Eye. It is a HUGE Ferris Wheel. A friend of mine told me that on a good, clear day, you can see clear to France from the top.

She was able to go to Oxford Monday night after FHE.

She has emailed me each day at least once to keep my mind at ease while she is gone.

She is not a fan of turbulance. She had a bumpy ride from Salt Lake to Denver. I imagine she slept most of the way across the Atlantic.

Anyway, just an update that she is doing well and having a good time.

I am sure she will update all of us when she gets home Saturday. Linette, thanks for volunteering to pick her up at the airport.

We love you and appreciate all you do. Love Tina

Reunion Pictures

Thanks everyone for making our Bradley reunion a fun time! I decided to post a few pictures and eventually I'm hoping to get another website up that will allow all of us to post some pictures. Thanks for making it a huge success.

Bradley Reunion 2009

I am just excited to get together, play and make some lasting memories. We hope that you all feel the same way! Even though we aren't all going to be sleeping under the same roof, I think it will be a lot of fun. Besides, we will probably all get a lot more sleep than we usually do and still have tons of fun. Friday and Saturday will be here before we know it! I hope everyone will have lots of fun and enjoy every minute, even if it is over 100* outside. We hope to see you there!

Emma

So I just have to share our experience with Emma when she helped us in our garden a couple of months ago. She came over on a Saturday to help us till and plant. She was AMAZING! She didn't quit all day long. She wanted to run the tiller for a while so Paul gave her a quick lesson and she went at it. She did a great job! I'm pretty sure she was tired that night! What a trooper!

The Cabin in Chesterfield

Did you know that the land for the cemetary in Chesterfield was donated by James Henry and Ruth Call Davids?????
Dad spent some time cleaning up the graves and making them look a lot nicer! Jaden and Colton helped him out by planting some flowers.

The cabin as it looked Memorial Day weekend. They work on it the first weekend of every month.

We saw Jonelle and her husband at the cabin. I am the tallest one in the picture...kinda sad, huh?

Mom outside the cabin door.

A view from the driveway on the southeast side. The back room has a sod roof.

The front view. The outside is almost done. The roof is 95% done and they are starting the inside now. The back room has a dirt floor and they are installing a wood floor in the rest of the house. It is coming along quite nicely.

A view from the canal. It's bigger than I thought it would be.

A closer view from the southwest side.
